🌴 5 weeks of vacation

All employees get 5 weeks of paid vacation each year, as our basic offer. Plenty of time to get sand between your toes, finish that book or sip Mai Tais.

As part of your individual adaptation, you can choose between 5 to 7 weeks of vacation to finish your Mai Tai! Alva’s basic offer is 5 weeks.

👵 Pension

We have 4% occupational pension as our basic offer. Planning for the future just got easier!

As part of your individual adaptation, you can choose between a 2% pension up to a similar plan as ITP1. Alva’s basic offer is 4%.

🖤 Free public holiday

We want to be an inclusive workplace, therefore we give you the opportunity to decide how you want to use the public holidays in your country. Don’t celebrate Easter? Use the days off for Easter when it suits you better!

🧭 Flexible work hours

No one will clock your time or count your hours, impact and outcome is the thing that matters. We have an onsite and hybrid ratio of 4:1, meaning at least four days are spent in the office (you select the days).
