🧭 Flexible work hours

No one will clock your time or count your hours, impact and outcome is the thing that matters. We have an onsite and hybrid ratio of 3:2, meaning three days in the office (you select the days), and two days when you work from where it suits you.

🌴 7 weeks of vacation

All employees get seven weeks of paid vacation each year. Plenty of time to get sand between your toes, finish that book or sip Mai Tais.

💻 Desktop setup

You decide what tech equipment you need to make your work life easier. As long as it is needed for you to be productive at work, you can buy it. After all, we are a tech company. Besides the tech gear, there is a set budget for the home office setup for 2500 SEK to spend on furniture.

We offer a basic package of insurances so you and your family can sleep sound at night.
