1. Create a new or modify an existing workflow

Go to: Admin>ATS > Workflows

Select an existing workflow or create a new workflow

Add a custom state called “Alva Assessment”. Make sure to keep the correct spelling

2. Assign the workflow to a requisition

You don’t see the option to select a workflow?

Make sure that the requisition template you want to use offers the ability to select a workflow:
