An update to Microsoft’s spam filters have caused Alva invitation emails to be quarantined. Luckily all sent emails can be released to the recipient.

How to release emails

A user with administrative permissions to your Microsoft 365 account should follow these steps;

  1. Go to http://security.microsoft.com/
  2. Navigate to Email & collaboration > Review > Quarantine.
  3. Search for alvalabs
  4. Select all emails and press Release
  5. Select “Release to all recipients” and “Submit the message to Microsoft to improve detection (false positive)”. This will ensure that Microsoft improve their spam filters and let Alva’s emails through in the future.

Now all the released emails have reached the recipients inbox.
