Alva Labs is a SaaS scale-up that offers a unique candidate assessment platform. We help companies build their organizations with the right people in the right place, in a fair, accurate and automated way. By combining state-of-the-art psychometrics, data science, and an obsession with candidate experience, we provide the needed tool for data-driven talent acquisition.

We are growing 2-3x per year and are in the exciting phase to launch Alva in new markets. We have a strong product-market-fit and happy customers (some of them raving fans, even). We are closing in on 150 000 assessed candidates, 8000 job positions, and 200 customers. We have proven that we can grow - now it’s time to start scaling.

To ensure speed and that we're able to deliver properly on our goals, we need an extra pair of hands to work in Hubspot. You will be a part of the Marketing team and work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, our Head of Marketing and the rest of Marketing/Sales.

We use Hubspot as our main tool in Marketing and Sales, with the website built in Hubspot and using both Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
